“My heart is at ease knowing that what is meant for me, will never miss me, and that which misses me was never meant for me.”

A horse is just a horse without a caring horseman

get inspired of nothing – of the quite – feel the warmth in your inner Iceland.

(and fcking kill it with even a sore throat)

My inner child.

You don’t have to control everything.

You actually can’t.

You don’t have to be perfect.

Make mistakes.

The world will run anyway without you.

You can make it a better place & make it feel like your place with simply finding what feels good for you.
Enjoy the journey – the rollercoaster – the unknown..
or call it ambitious and conscientious instead.

something that hardly runs good together.

but one of the most powerful and beautiful feelings ever.

and remember… we are human.
we are here learning.

Sol Rising – The Journey

Inner Spring

We learn from the cycles of nature that what dies is never lost. Energy and matter are simply composted and recycled to enrich the growth of new life. If we close our ears to the outside world and listen deeply enough, we unearth the wisdom held within the changes that take place at the subtlest layers of our being. (Usha Anandi).

Spring is worth the wait!

“Women who run with the wolves” – Clarissa Pinkola Estes.

Remember what you must do..

when they undervalue you, when they think your softness is your weakness, when they treat your kindness like it is their advantage.

You awaken every dragon,
every wolf,
every monster that sleeps inside you,
and you remind them what hell looks like –
when it wears the skin of a gentle human.

You know you are grown up when the only real thing “calming” you is thinking about the good old time.

Every book I finish reading deserves 5 Stars to me. But I did not finished a lot of the Books I have stored at home to be honest, maybe because it was not the right time to read them. I am currently finishing the last pages of “WILD – From lost to found on the pacific crest trail”, a memoir by Cheryl Strayed. Really into memoirs right now, maybe as it feels REAL to me. Got myself a new book today with suggestion of a good old friend and book lover. Would like to share some sneak peaks with you, which made me decide to order it straight away.

“Education should always be an expansion of your mind, a deepening of your empathy, a broadening of your perspective.”

“You can love someone, but still choose to say goodbye to them.”

– Educated, Tara Westover.

the flow must go on

We have only one thought to care about:

Do I accept the challenge?

Yes / No

“If I had my child to raise all over again, I’d build self-esteem first, and the house later.
I’d finger-paint more, and point the finger less.
I would do less correcting and more connecting.
I’d take my eyes off my watch, and watch with my eyes.
I’d take more hikes and fly more kites.
I’d stop playing serious, and seriously play.
I would run through more fields and gaze at more stars.
I’d do more hugging and less tugging.”
~Diane Loomans

Is it wrong to feel in total peace and to be convident while Isolation?

I don’t think so.

Is it wrong to try forcing happiness?

I think so.

How you move matters.

I feel light guiding our way home.

I see light, essence of our soul.

I am light, in my heart I know.

We are light, together we are whole.

How it all started 🙂 Thanks USHA.

Viento que viene de la montaña
Viento, tráenos la claridad
Viento que viene del desierto
Viento, tráenos el silencio
Vuela, vuela, vuela, vuela
Vuela, vuela, vuela, volá con nosotros
Viento que viene de la selva
Viento, tráenos la memoria
